Deliverables may be shared through WhatsApp, email, shared drive links, project documents, downloadable files, or other digital communication channels confirmed during onboarding.

Service onboarding

After successful payment, Thrisat may contact you through WhatsApp, phone, or email to collect the project brief, brand assets, order details, and required approvals. Delivery timelines start after all required inputs are received.

Estimated timelines

Timelines vary by package, brief completeness, revision rounds, and client response time. Package-specific timelines may be confirmed during WhatsApp onboarding.

No physical shipment

Because services are digital, courier tracking numbers, shipping fees, and physical delivery addresses are generally not applicable. Billing details may still be required for order and tax records.

Delays

Delivery may be delayed if project inputs, approvals, references, product details, or brand assets are incomplete or late. Third-party platform issues, creator availability, payment delays, and force majeure events may also affect timelines.

Delivery confirmation
