Thrisat sells digital services and creative work. Because planning, research, ideation, and production may begin soon after order confirmation, refunds are handled according to project stage and service scope.
Before work begins
If you request cancellation before onboarding, briefing, research, ideation, or production has started, we may issue a refund after deducting applicable payment gateway fees or administrative charges where relevant.
After work begins
Once briefing, research, ideation, design, writing, creator planning, AI workflow setup, or any project work has started, refunds may not be available. Thrisat may, at its discretion, offer partial credit or alternate service adjustment depending on completed work.
Completed digital delivery
Refunds are not provided after final deliverables, strategy documents, creative files, prompts, captions, campaign plans, or other digital outputs have been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
Revision support
If deliverables do not match the confirmed brief, we will use the included revision rounds to improve the work. Revision requests must stay within the original package scope.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not available for delays caused by missing client assets, changed briefs, delayed feedback, third-party platform issues, ad account restrictions, creator availability, or results that depend on audience response.
How to request a refund
Contact Thrisat with your order number, registered email or phone number, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
