All quoted deliverables, timelines, and revision limits should be treated as specific to the confirmed order or written conversation. Website package descriptions are informational starters and may be refined before project confirmation.
Orders generally begin through the website and move into WhatsApp for discussion, discovery, confirmation, and approvals. The client is responsible for sharing accurate project information, timelines, brand preferences, and feedback needed to perform the work.
Delays in response, missing assets, or prolonged approvals may impact project timelines. THRISAT is not responsible for timeline extensions caused by incomplete information or stalled client communication.
Payment schedules, deposits, and milestones are determined by the selected package or custom agreement. Work may begin only after the required payment or confirmation terms are satisfied.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed deliverables intended for the client may be used by the client after full payment is received. THRISAT may retain rights to underlying concepts, drafts, process systems, and portfolio display unless a different written agreement is made.
The client is responsible for ensuring that their products, claims, offers, and brand materials are lawful, accurate, and appropriate for the intended audience. THRISAT may decline work that appears misleading, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with platform policies.
Social platforms and trend cycles change quickly. THRISAT cannot guarantee specific platform reach, virality, account growth, ad performance, or business outcomes, even where strategic efforts are professionally executed.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, THRISAT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery caused by client-side issues, or platform-driven performance changes outside the business's control.
